To get this map in-game you will have to find the folder you downloaded FeralHeart in, usually it is on your C drive. Double click on "FeralHeart" and find the "exports" folder. Move all of the following files into it:
TheLostIsland.fhm
RainSeason.fhw
YoungSky.fhs
Prey.fho

Then, Go back to your main FeralHeart folder and click on "media". Then, click on "terrains" and finally "textures". You will then have to move the following files into that folder:
green_grassNaturalistic.jpg
darkYellowNaturalistic.jpg
brownsandNaturalistic.jpg

then go to the cape portal and get to the portal that way!
